Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms of Service.

★ Payment can only be made via PayPal (All currency is in USD)★ The commissioner must pay the full commission price once the sketch has been approved.★ Commissions can NOT be cancelled or refunded once the sketch has been approved.★ The commissioner may refund or cancel the commission before approval of the sketch.★ Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use is 2x the commission price.★ Commissions may be used in my portfolio for future clients.★ The artwork must be given proper credit wherever used.★ When requesting a commission, provide a clear, detailed explanation with reference images according to your request, or reference images of the character/s of your choosing.★ For changes (e.g poses, composition), the commissioner inform the me during the sketching phase. Minor changes (e.g small details, colour adjustments) can be made at any point during the commission.★ The purchase made is for a digital artwork curated in my artstyle. I will not emulate a different style.★ If you have a deadline it must be mentioned, if not, I will take as long as necessary to complete the commission. Rush deadlines (e.g 2-3 days) will cost more.★ The commissioner is allowed to ask for updates whilst I am working on their commission.★ I have the right to reject or cancel your commission at any point in time. You will be refunded for your order.
